Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience operating CNC press brakes in a manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of CNC programming, machine setup, and adjustments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
- Proficient with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
- Team-oriented, reliable, and able to meet daily production goals
- Set up, operate, and adjust CNC press brakes according to work instructions and customer specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality
Load materials, run production, and remove finished parts - Inspect parts throughout production using proper measuring tools and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures related to machine operation and material handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
