* ** Industrial Site Construction - Lincoln, NE**    **$3,000 Sign-On Bonus!*
* ** Location**: 7800 Thayer Street Lincoln, Nebraska 68507    
** Shift:
** Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM; some weekends and overtime required    
** Job Type:
** Full Time    
** Compensation:** $27.46/hour    We are looking for a high potential individual ready to take on challenges and responsibilities within our Construction Department at the Lincoln Soybean plant.

** Job Duties
** Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:

* Participates actively in safety and skill training in pursuit of personal improvement
* Maintains a thorough knowledge of production processes, equipment and operations in the interest of diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions
* Possesses general computer use knowledge
* Maintains manuals of replacement parts, specifications, blueprints of equipment and maintenance requirements to facilitate repairs. Also, maintains such files and records in an orderly manner for future reference
* Develops knowledge of maintenance files, parts and vendors, and accesses information on the department computer as required
* Performs welding or general maintenance duties as required in repairing production and facility equipment
* May provide work direction to less experienced trainees
* Documents time spent, work performed and parts used on projects by completing time records through use of the Maintenance Management System
* Experience in civil construction & building maintenance
* Understanding of diesel systems
* Conducts regular inspections of tools, safety and production equipment
* Good attendance record
* May perform reasonably similar or related duties as required
** Requirements*
* * Must be 18 years or older
* Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
* Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written)
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Experience in production and/or similar military environment (preferred)
** On-the-Job Training Requirements:*
* * Complete ADM safety, food safety, quality and environmental training
* Participate in company planned operations training
* Equipment training may include but not limited to JLG, forklift, non-DOT truck, reach lift, etc.

* Working Conditions:

* * Ambient conditions - Work area is, typically, a non-air-conditioned production environment. Hot or cold Temperatures, all seasonal elements, both indoors and outdoors
* Atmosphere:
Dust, soybean.
* Must be able to work around noise levels that may reach or exceed 85 decibels and require use of hearing protection for most of the work shift
* Company provides proper PPE.
* Employees in roles that require respirators will need to be clean shaven.
