A Press Brake Forming Operator is responsible for preparing the workstation, set ups, and adjusting programs to ensure product is being formed to the specification callouts on customer prints in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Duties- Set-up hydraulic CNC press brakes.
- Form parts to print and document progress.
- Maintain efficiency in high volume environment.
- Maintain minimum scrap levels (zero scrap preferred).
- Identify material defects throughout the runs.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs repetitively for 10/hr shifts.
- At least two years of previous manufacturing experience is required
- Experience with precise measurement tools (i.e. calipers)
- Print reading experience is beneficial
- Basic math
- Good communication skills is a must
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows
