Join our manufacturing team as an Operator II and play a key role in operating automated production equipment. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your technical skills and attention to detail directly impact product quality and operational efficiency.

2nd Shift

Hours:

2:30PM - 10:51PM (M-F)

• Operate and monitor automated machinery, making real-time adjustments to ensure optimal performance and output quality
• Set up, configure, and calibrate equipment for production runs, including performing routine maintenance tasks
• Conduct regular quality inspections to verify products meet specifications and identify any deviations
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams to keep equipment running smoothly

• Digital Literacy — developing level; operating digital controls and monitoring systems on automated equipment

• Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; conducting inspections to verify product specifications are met
• Automation Integration — foundational level; working with automated systems to support efficient production workflows

Pay Rate: $60,174.4K / Year & $64,979.20K after 1000 hours.
