Polytainers Inc. is seeking a Printing Shift Supervisor for the Continental Night Shift (7 PM to 7 AM) in Lee’s Summit, MO. You will oversee the printing department on one shift, ensuring cost, quality and customer service targets are met while driving continuous improvement.
You’ll also help maintain a safe, fair and non-discriminatory work environment. The role requires 5–10 years of leadership in manufacturing, strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills, and knowledge of Lean, SPC, HACCP and cGMPs.
