We’re hiring Promotions Specialist in Lincon, Nebraska

• The role serves as the primary liaison between lottery stakeholders, marketing teams, and operational teams.
• Responsibilities include planning and executing promotional campaigns, coordinating stakeholders, managing promotion rules and system setup, monitoring promotions, and communicating with winners.
• The position requires extensive coordination with advertising agencies, marketing teams, sales teams, and operational stakeholders.
• The role also supports promotional events, sales events, and marketing initiatives throughout the state.
• Presentation and reporting responsibilities are included, with occasional delivery of findings and recommendations to larger groups.
• Approximately 2 + years of relevant experience.
• Marketing, retail marketing, retail sales, and similar customer-focused backgrounds were specifically discussed as strong fits.
• Prior lottery industry experience is not expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are considered critical.
• Excellent time management abilities are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.
• Excel skills and graphic design experience are considered valuable bonus qualifications.
