Senior Marketing Manager; Basketball and Ice Hockey

The Sr. Marketing Manager for Basketball & Ice Hockey is a critical pod leader and individual contributor, responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of the basketball and ice hockey marketing calendar.

Own strategy and execution, lead the pod, champion a test-and-learn culture, partner and collaborate, manage external partners, understand the customer deeply, analyze and report, manage budget and resources.

The ideal candidate is highly strategic, execution-focused, and deeply knowledgeable about the elite basketball landscape.

• 5–8 years of marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the elite basketball landscape and the relevant buyer personas: analytics, human performance, and player recruitment
• Proven experience marketing to elite sports organizations in a B2B environment, with a track record of driving demand and retention
• Deep expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing and automation, and social media
• Experience with web analytics applications (such as Google Analytics), optimizing campaigns through A/B testing, and leveraging data to analyze and report on performance
