The Associate Director of Outreach:
Mobilization plays a key role in helping Lincoln Berean Church live out its mission by shaping a culture where every believer is equipped and engaged in gospel-centered outreach. This role creates clear, practical pathways for people to participate in God’s work locally and globally, providing hands‑on experiences and intentional training that build confidence to share Jesus in everyday life. Acting as a bridge between our church body, ministry teams, and outreach partners, this role guides individuals from event-based exposure into long‑term, personal engagement in gospel demonstration and proclamation.
Seeking to mobilize every believer to grow in Christlikeness and live as a multiplying disciple.
We believe every follower of Jesus is called to live on mission—right where they are and to the ends of the earth. We are looking for someone to spark and sustain that calling within our church family. This role isn’t just about creating and executing opportunities; it’s about cultivating a culture where gospel conversations are natural, compassion is active, and disciple‑making is a way of life.
We are looking for someone who desires to meaningfully connect our church family into what God is doing in the world and then guide them into meaningful next steps.
