We’re looking for a passionate RN Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) who believes breastfeeding support is powerful, personal, and life-changing. In this role, you’ll guide families through their feeding journey while serving as a trusted clinical expert and educator for our care teams.
What You’ll Do- Provide hands‑on, evidence‑based breastfeeding support to mothers and families
- Educate and empower patients and staff with best practices in lactation care
- Champion a welcoming, family‑centered breastfeeding culture
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve maternal and infant outcomes
- BSN and active Missouri RN license
- 2+ years obstetrical or related inpatient/teaching experience
- IBCLC certification
- Current CPR and NRP certifications
- Spanish‑English bilingual
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher experience
- Make a meaningful impact from the very first feed
