We’re looking for a passionate RN Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) who believes breastfeeding support is powerful, personal, and life-changing. In this role, you’ll guide families through their feeding journey while serving as a trusted clinical expert and educator for our care teams.

• Provide hands‑on, evidence‑based breastfeeding support to mothers and families
• Educate and empower patients and staff with best practices in lactation care
• Champion a welcoming, family‑centered breastfeeding culture
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve maternal and infant outcomes

• BSN and active Missouri RN license
• 2+ years obstetrical or related inpatient/teaching experience
• IBCLC certification
• Current CPR and NRP certifications

• Spanish‑English bilingual
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher experience
