We are looking for a skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to work in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a member of our team, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and maintain accurate records. • Provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and treatment outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care

• Education:
  
  Minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience:
  
  1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred
• Certifications:
  
  Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Nebraska & CPR/BLS

• Competitive Salary: $30 - $33 Hourly
