Administrative Nurse/House Supervisor - LRC

Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled, detail‑oriented Registered Nurse with leadership experience to serve as an Administrative Nurse/House Supervisor. In this role you will be an integral part of our Behavioral Health Division and provide critical oversight and support for nursing services at Lincoln Regional Center, a state psychiatric hospital for adult patients with mental illness.
Responsibilities- Collect, review, and analyze clinical care performance improvement data to identify performance gaps.
- Consult with the Nursing Director or other clinical staff to identify factors and appropriate strategies to resolve performance gaps.
- Support the risk management process for the agency facilities through surveillance, audits, records, reviews, drills, competency testing and communications. Perform administration duties to determine staff training needs based on performance or directed program change.
- Directly supervise Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses on assigned shift and may supervise direct care professionals.
- Coordinate staff and hospital needs campus wide.
- Coach and support newer teammates as needed.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice in Nebraska.
- One year of relevant experience.
- Pay: $38.853/hr – $57.274/hr (may be commensurate with education and experience within fiscal constraints). Includes $3/hr facility differential and shift differential.
- Schedule:
Full-time, 4 days per week (12pm–10pm) with every other weekend off.
