CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Full Time & Part Time)

Shifts: 8- and 12-hour shifts. Full‑time positions are 30+ hours per week; part‑time positions are up to 29 hours per week.

  • Days: 6 am–2:30 pm
  • 12‑hr days: 6 am–6:30 pm

Role

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, hands‑on care to residents in a nursing home environment, ensuring the highest possible physical, mental, and emotional well‑being.

Responsibilities

  • Follow and uphold the community’s philosophy and goal to improve each resident’s quality of care and life.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan.
  • Complete documentation of resident care as assigned.
  • Follow safety policies while performing care, ensuring resident safety.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures of the community.
  • Follow rules outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Attend and participate in facility meetings and in‑service training programs as assigned.
  • Follow infection control guidelines.
  • Report changes in resident’s condition immediately to the Charge Nurse.
  • Observe residents’ rights, including privacy and dignity.
  • Promote positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.
