We're looking for a Health Services Manager - Registered Nurse/RN to join our team! In this role, you'll coordinate and manage the delivery of health care services, supervise the nursing staff, and provide training to employees as needed.

This position is for a Manager of Clinical Services (RN) who will be the driving force behind our healthcare services. The role includes:

• Leading your team:
You will supervise nursing staff, manage their schedules, and evaluate their performance.

• Ensuring high-quality care:
You'll coordinate all medical services for individuals, from scheduling appointments to ensuring medication is administered correctly.

• Maintaining compliance:
This includes keeping detailed medical records, completing required reports, and training new staff on all healthcare procedures.

• Handling on-call duties as needed.

SCHEDULE:

Days, Salaried, hours will vary based on needs of individuals in agency and department. On-call responsibilities during the week to support the agency and rotating on weekends to support the Nebraska agencies. Position located in Beatrice.

What YOU’LL Need:

• Active RN license in good standing required

• Two years experience in similar capacity, including previous supervisory experience
