Required Skills:

• Valid and current CRNA certification and licensure
• Proven experience in anesthesia care, especially in vascular and electrophysiology procedures
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varied schedules and case types

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in Cath Lab or cardiac procedures
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records
• Ability to assist in multiple case types beyond vascular and electrophysiology

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master s degree or higher in Nursing or Anesthesia-related field
• At least 2 years of relevant CRNA practice experience in similar settings
• Prior locum or temporary staffing experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Must complete credentialing within 60-90 days, with minimal delay
• Willingness to work 1-4 weeks per assignment with potential for ongoing engagements
• Be available to work varied shifts, primarily 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
• No travel required, with local lodging options highly preferred
• Malpractice insurance must be included in compensation package
• Must meet all credentialing deadlines and requirements
