Weekend LPN Charge - Night Shift; LTC;

Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals is seeking an LPN to join the Weekend Program as a Charge nurse for Extended Care North - ICF. This part-time night position offers a 24-hour week with a 5-out-of-6 weekend rotation, and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

You will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, supervise weekend staff, document care plans, and coordinate with physicians, residents, and families to maintain high quality care.
