We are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) for a nursing home in Co. Cork, Ireland .

This is a permanent position , offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership role and support the delivery of high-quality resident care in a supportive environment.

• Provide leadership and clinical supervision tostaff thus improving standards and maintaining a high morale amongst theteam.
• Establish and maintain through high standards of professional conduct and practice, a caring environment whichperson-centred and is conducive to the physical, emotional, social and spiritual individual needs of the residents.
• Promote, encourage and practice the ethos ofperson-centred care.
• Contribute to the safeguarding of residents,taking steps to protect residents from any form of abuse or neglect anduse the appropriate reporting mechanisms to inform the relevant parties ofany concerns.
• Must be available to work day, night and weekend shifts when required.

Must be a Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration.

Must have a minimum of 6 years’ post-registration nursing experience.

Must have management experience in a nursing home setting.

Must demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
