** to support our research and development efforts. This role involves assisting with laboratory operations, preparing materials for experiments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic lab environment.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Assist in performing various laboratory tasks and experiments.
* Prepare materials and media for research and development experiments.
* Maintain laboratory equipment and manage inventory levels for supplies.
* Record and maintain accurate data on experiments performed.
* Assist in troubleshooting and calibrating laboratory instruments.
* Perform glass washing and general laboratory maintenance.
* Support researchers with routine lab operations as needed.

* Qualifications:

*** Strong attention to detail and ability to follow lab protocols.
* Previous laboratory experience preferred but not required.
* Ability to maintain accurate records and work in a team environment.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
