We are seeking a dedicated Culinary/Dietary Aide - Full‑time to join our team. The Dietary Aide / Server serves meals and snacks to residents and their guests, performs cleaning routines for the Dietary Department, and helps create a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience in our Communities.
Responsibilities- Help create a restaurant‑style dining experience through serving meals, customer service, and collaboration.
- Follow written and oral instructions, diet orders/tray cards and work assignments.
- Ensure that meal orders are delivered accurately, and any special request or dietary restrictions are noted and followed.
- Perform defined work routines.
- Assist with cleaning routines after meals have ended and setting up for next meal.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies as directed by Culinary Director.
- Attend scheduled department meetings.
- Attend educational programs.
- Follow defined safety codes while performing duties.
- Follow Infection Control procedures.
- Understand community’s fire and disaster plans; follow established procedures during drills and actual emergencies.
- Be knowledgeable of federal, state, and community’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
