Qualifications
As a Team Leader, your responsibilities include…
- Providing customers with a memorable and heartfelt experience every visit.
- Deputising for the management team and resolving issues in their absence.
- Organising and coordinating the team during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining a safe, legal, and clean bar environment, addressing issues promptly and safely.
