The Fort is looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Floor Manager to join our Lincoln store leadership team. You will guide a busy sales floor, develop employees, and ensure outstanding customer service from open to close.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of retail management, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention. A high school diploma (GED) is required; college education is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with room to grow.
