Experienced Jewelry Sales & Buyer

Express Pawn is looking for an experienced Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team!

• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing fine jewelry, including gold, silver, diamonds, and gemstones.
• Evaluate jewelry for purchases, pawn loans, and resale.
• Identify and test precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones for authenticity and quality.
• Accurately assess jewelry values based on weight, purity, condition, and current market prices.
• Negotiate purchases and sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain attractive, organized, and properly priced jewelry displays.
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and general store operations.

• Previous jewelry sales experience required, preferably in fine jewelry, estate jewelry, or the pawn industry.
• Strong knowledge of gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry pricing.
• Experience testing precious metals and evaluating jewelry is highly preferred.
• Proven sales ability with strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, honesty, and professionalism.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Pawn shop experience is a plus but not required.
