Role Overview

As a Used Equipment Territory Manager
, you will be responsible for driving sales of pre-owned JCB machinery and related equipment. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who can build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Generate leads and actively pursue opportunities for used equipment sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve profitable sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available stock and incoming equipment.
  • Assist in appraising trade‑ins and sourcing quality used machinery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Customer Service
  • Provide expert advice on machine specifications, applications, and financing options.
  • Ensure a smooth buying process from initial inquiry to delivery and after‑sales support.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in equipment sales (construction or industrial sectors preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of machinery applications and technical specifications.
  • IT literacy (CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
