  You’ll need a truck or SUV and be comfortable performing roof inspections and climbing ladders.
• Insurance Knowledge:
  Experience working with insurance claims or a willingness to learn how to assist homeowners in navigating the process of storm damage restoration.
• Leadership Potential:
  If you have experience in sales management or leadership, there are opportunities for growth into roles like Field Trainer or Sales Manager.
• Positive Attitude & Energy:
  We’re looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic team players who inspire others.
