• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to a of clients.
• Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote overall route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads/prospects, call prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Assist the sales organization with the procurement of additional new business.
• Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and can clearly communicate these to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues promptly and courteously.
• Take responsibility for personal safety and watch for the safety of others.
• Use safe precautions, proper tools, and equipment, and adhere to all safe work practices and policies.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the activities enumerated above.

• Minimum 21 years of age, valid driver’s license, and excellent driving record.
• Customer service experience with diverse customer contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to solve customer concerns.

• Exposure to adverse weather conditions at varying temperatures.
• Fast‑paced environment requiring irregular and long hours.
• Routine lifting and maneuvering of at least 25 lbs; occasional lifting above 50 lbs.
• Require bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.

High school degree or equivalent.

Valid Driver’s License (not CDL) with minimal points/violations in the last three years.
