Multi‑Site Flex Officer – Full‑Time – Kansas City, MO

Base Pay Range: $19.00/hr - $19.00/hr

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation
• Secure entrances and exits
• Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises, regardless of weather conditions
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
• Protect evidence or scenes of incident during emergencies or investigations
• Set up barriers, signage, and provide direction or information to others
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as assigned to the site

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within six months
• Standard computer and technology skills
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills a plus
• Professional interaction with a wide range of individuals
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment
• Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening (drug screen and background investigation)
