We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to support our custom builders on site. The ideal candidate will have basic carpentry skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. • Assist with Construction Tasks:
  • Support the lead builder in constructing decks, patios, and related outdoor structures.
  • Perform basic carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
  • Help with the installation of wood, composite, steel, or other materials as needed.
• Site Preparation and Cleanup:
  • Prepare the worksite by gathering tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down the job site daily.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project.
• Tool and Material Handling:
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Transport and handle materials safely and efficiently.
  • Notify the team of any supply or tool shortages.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Follow all safety guidelines and use protective equipment as required.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
• Support Team Members:
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
  • Follow instructions from the lead hand and other supervisors.
  • Use your creativity to inspire team members.

• Previous experience in construction, carpentry, deck building, or a related field is an asset but not required. The more you know the better!
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction methods.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift 75 lbs regularly.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent attendance.

• Familiarity with deck-building or outdoor construction is a plus.
• Experience operating power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic understanding of construction safety standards.

• Competitive hourly pay 20-23$ per hour.
