• Lead and manage plumbing projects, ensuring all work meets company standards for quality and safety.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Maintain organization and efficiency on job sites, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Journeyman Plumber's license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000
, depending on experience and qualifications.
