This is a full-time plumber position with a consistent schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7 AM‑4 PM
. Employees report to a central location each morning before heading to job sites.

As our Plumbing Install Technician, you'll be responsible for high-quality installations, including residential water heaters, tankless systems, water softeners, filtration systems, PRVs, sump pumps, and fixtures. You'll also handle whole-home repipes and replacements of sewer and water service lines as needed. Each project will require adherence to manufacturer specifications, local plumbing codes, and company standards. After installation, you'll ensure system performance and provide customers with clear guidance, ensuring their confidence and satisfaction.

• 2+ years of plumbing experience (installation focus preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency with residential plumbing systems, water heaters, and fixture installs
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas
• Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have the ability to pass a background check.

Salary: $27 - $35 per hour
