Overview
Foundation Recovery Systems, A Groundworks Company, is seeking a talented Co-Foreman to join their team in Kansas City, MO. The Co-Foreman is a leader as well as a contributor on the crew and coordinates tasks based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability. The Co-Foreman assists with monitoring project progress to keep it on track from a time and budgetary standpoint.
Candidates with experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, and leading a team are a great fit.

- Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area
- Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site
- Assess conditions on-site; plan based on time, tools, and order of work; assign duties to crew
- Install products and services with support from a national team of trained professionals
- Innovate and troubleshoot to meet company standards and timetables
- Provide customers with superior quality and service while onsite
- Ensure all final documentation is completed accurately and given to the proper parties
- Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and teamwork
- Experience leading crews or small teams
- Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
- Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license
- Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs; stand and walk for long periods and perform strenuous physical labor
- Lift, push, pull, or carry objects; use core and back muscles over time
- Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination; quick movement of arms and legs
- Excellent stamina
- Ability to read reports and data on computer screens
