• Installing HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Following installation checklists and commissioning procedures to ensure high-quality installs
• Working with a lead/helper to complete jobs efficiently
• Communicating professionally with customers and teammates
• Maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked vehicles
• Ensuring job site cleanliness and performing quality control checks

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Proficient in reading and following installation manuals and blueprints
• Ability to troubleshoot and make on-site adjustments
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
