Basic hand or power tool experience helps.
Upholstery experience is a bonus.
If you’re willing to learn, we’ll train you.

You’ll help build and install athletic field padding and safety products—working indoors and outdoors, on job sites and in our shop. The work is physical, hands‑on, and constantly changing.

You’ll be:

• On your feet most of the day
• Lifting, moving, positioning materials
• Working on ladders or lifts when needed
• Communicating with your team and team leader
• Traveling occasionally for installs (we take care of you when you do)

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to move 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

• Comfortable being active all day (walking multiple miles)
• Willing to work inside or outside, year‑round
• Able to work in physical positions: kneeling, crouching, climbing
• Team‑first attitude and clear communication

• $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
  , based on experience
