Next Link, a Texas-based ISP, is seeking a tower technician to install, replace and repair antenna systems on wireless towers. You will climb towers up to 250 feet, run power, ground, fiber, Cat5e and coaxial cables, and perform routine maintenance with basic hand tools.
This full-time role requires heavy outdoor work, travel of 40–60%, irregular hours, on-call weekends, and passing drug screening and background checks. We offer comprehensive benefits including health and 401(k) and paid training.
