• Develop and own your territory, making Oasis the top name in senior care navigation throughout Lincoln area and beyond.
• Build strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, rehab centers, and elder law attorneys.
• Guide families through senior care options with empathy, honesty, and a solutions-driven mindset.
• Raise the bar in senior placement by delivering an experience centered on trust, advocacy, and personalized care.

You are a high-integrity, relationship-first professional who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in senior living, healthcare, care management, or related fields.
• Excels at networking and thrives on genuine, face-to-face connection.
• Communicates clearly, listens deeply, and leads with empathy.
• Is self-motivated and thrives in a flexible, field-based role.

Competitive compensation package – average salary and commission $60,000 - $100,000.
