.NET; C ​/REACT​/IDesign Software Engineer

Code Buddy is the fastest way to help you build quality software or have someone build it for you. For developers and technically promising individuals, Code Buddy is an all-in-one tool for accelerating professional software from concept to launch.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled .NET (C#) Developer, with front-end (React), and IDesign architecture experience, to join our talented team to enhance our platform and mentor customers using our platform.

This is a hybrid position. We have a physical office at 3201 Pioneers Blvd, Suite 35, Lincoln, NE 68502. In‑office is supported but not mandatory.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills.

• Provide a developer’s perspective to customers as they plan their new software using our Software Planning tool built in rIDE.
• Build out training material for our third‑party Code Buddy Experts (independent contractors working on our customer projects).
• Build out processes for our Code Buddy Experts and product team to enhance the Hire a Code Buddy experience.
• Support our rIDE product documentation ().
• Build out new features in our internal Insider App to support our Hire a Code Buddy program.
• Provide early triage of customer support and pass unresolved tickets to the Product team.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to make sure Code Buddy experts meet project milestones.
• Work on the Code Buddy rIDE platform alongside the Product team.
• Optimize rIDE performance and resolve bugs, quality assurance, and issues.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• At least 3 years of experience in front‑end web frameworks like React (HTML/CSS/Type Script).
• Experience building and utilizing document databases.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns (we use IDesign).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Azure Dev Ops.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for working with AI/LLMs.

• Experience in Azure, Git Hub, and Supabase is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
• LLM training is a plus.
• Progressive web app or Electron development is not required, but is a plus.
