We are actively recruiting individuals we can train to become the best Swim Instructors and/or Lifeguards in the industry. Whether you're retired and looking for part-time hours in a job you'll enjoy or you're looking for a position that offers potential to build your way up through one of the fastest growing swim schools in the country, we have a place for you!

5-40 hours per week

Varies;
Open Monday through Sunday - both am and pm shifts available

• The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Swimtastic® curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts.
• Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills.
• Maintain proper equipment and time organization to ensure timely class start times.
• Provide customers with weekly, individualized feedback on swimmers.

• Previous swim instruction experience is preferred, but not required. Loving kids and being reliable with the ability to swim is an absolute necessity!
• Willing to certify in CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infants.
• Training in the Swimtastic® curriculum will be provided - just bring joy!

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
