We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our multi-location supply chain operations across the Midwest. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in construction materials logistics, including LTL shipping, flatbed transportation, and regional freight lane management. This role is critical to ensure the timely delivery of construction materials to our customers while maintaining cost-effectiveness and operational excellence across our 36-location network.

• Develop and implement logistics strategies tailored to our construction supply business.
• Oversee LTL carrier relationships and flatbed transportation operations.
• Optimize freight lanes throughout the region.
• Coordinate distribution activities across all 36 locations.
• Manage inventory flow between locations.
• Negotiate carrier contracts and rates.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Analyze transportation costs and performance metrics.
• Implement routing optimization strategies.
• Lead initiatives to improve delivery times and reduce freight expenses.
• Manage relationships with carriers and third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate logistics of oversized and heavy construction materials.
• Supervise logistics staff and dispatchers.
• Option for remote or local branch work.
