Service Center Shuttle Driver

Overview

The Shuttle Driver must possess a strong desire to provide excellent customer service at all times. Additionally, they must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor. In addition to shuttling customers to and from the dealership, they assist with Lincoln pickup and delivery and checking in and out loaner vehicles. Since this position is on the front line and assisting dealership clients daily, the employee must be focused on complete customer satisfaction and safety at all times.

• Drive clients to and from the dealership
• Assist Loaner Clerk in checking in and checking out loaner vehicles
• Greet guests on the service drive and escort them to their loaner or shuttle vehicle
• Deliver loaner and pick up guest vehicles
• Deliver guest vehicles and pick up loaner
• Assist and direct clients throughout the service area

• Knowledge of local city streets and the ability to use navigation
• Strong knowledge of hands‑free devices
• Clean driving record with the ability to practice safe driving skills
• Ability to provide a positive experience for dealership clients
• Ability to maintain a clean and tidy shuttle van
• Must meet dealership standards of professional appearance
• Must be 21 years of age with a valid Texas Driver's License
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Must possess a willingness to follow all dealership core values of Urgency, Growth, Respect, Attention to Detail, Integrity and Teamwork
