Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high‑capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport. We specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

Join Network Aviation as the Airbus Fleet Coordinator
, where you will be primarily responsible for implementing and maintaining the interface methods, liaison meetings and fleet projects with the supporting Part 145 and 42 organisations that maintain the Network Airbus fleet. This includes the oversight of operational performance reporting, continuous improvement, measurement of KPIs, coordination of regulatory requirements and monitoring of safety reports.

You will also be responsible for driving sustainable improvements to the Airbus fleet strategy by working with counterparts across the Qantas Group business to deliver change, projects, initiatives and continuous improvement to lift the operational safety, performance and financial return of the aircraft in line with the business fleet plan.

You’ll have -
  • Minimum 5 years in continuing airworthiness management, OR 2 years in that environment plus 3 years in an aircraft maintenance organisation.
  • An understanding of the airframe, systems and power plant applicable to the A319/20 family of aircraft
  • An understanding of an aircraft certification basis
  • Experience in the use of TRAX for continuing airworthiness management
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work to a designated timeline
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Forward thinking with the ability to understand the ‘big picture’
  • Ability to work under pressure with internal drive to meet deadlines and targets
  • A high level of integrity and commitment
  • LAME qualification or Degree in Aviation/Engineering related discipline is desirable but not essential
