About the Role: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by performing a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods, and contributing to a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of items received.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage shipping schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Track and report any inventory discrepancies, damage, or loss.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Complete and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other key metrics.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments.
Warehouse Associate
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role (preferred).
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
