Monitor work quality to ensure accuracy and compliance, and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance processes and reduce inefficiencies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven warehouse experience with hands-on operational leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience using computerized scanners
- Strong ability to coach and supervise a team
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality monitoring
- Capacity to work on-site in a physically active warehouse environment
