Mavis offers eligible Automotive Tire Technicians guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800.

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our business, earning competitive guaranteed base compensation plus significant weekly bonus payments. The starting base rate of pay is negotiable.

• No experience is needed – we’ll teach you everything you need through paid training.
• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to keep customers’ vehicles operating safely.
• Receive weekly bonus payments tied to each service you perform on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.
