Bally's Lincoln is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to check in/out guests, handle inquiries, and relay requests to the appropriate staff. The role requires strong communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage reservations in the property management system.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, registering and assigning rooms, handling calls and emails, and assisting with guest needs and complaints while maintaining accuracy in folios and charges.
