An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you will practice under an agreement established directly with the Subleasing doctor.

As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctors office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of the agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

Provide high quality optometric care to patients within the scope of practice and the agreement with the Subleasing doctor. Collaborate with the Subleasing doctor and support staff to deliver comprehensive eye care services.

Licensed Doctor of Optometry. Ability to practice autonomously within the agreed scope. Excellent patient communication and clinical skills. Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work in a private Independent practice setting.

• Flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or adding to an existing practice schedule
• Fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment
• Potential use of Revolution EHR software and access to tech and pre-testing support
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system

Employee pay is determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered.
