• Encourage commitment to the vision and core values of Lincoln Tech
• Emphasize strategies that maximize the use of available resources, consistently striving for quality results and achieving standards of excellence
• Make effective decisions and support implementation and evaluation of programs and policies
• Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirements
• Contribute to curriculum development and implementation
• Encourage and support faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluations
• Focus on faculty recruitment to ensure qualified instructors for all programs

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of management experience
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management

• Master's degree in Education or related field
