Accountant - Regional igaming Senior

The role will be responsible for accounting and overseeing all financial transactions related to Retail Sports book and Mobile Sports book. Additionally, this role will assist with iGaming and iGaming Joint Venture accounting.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily Retail Sports book and Mobile Sports book financial transactions.
• Oversee the accounting of all Sports book activities and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve issues.
• Oversee the month-end close process for Retail Sports book and Mobile Sports book.
• Manage marketing requirements related to Sports book.
• Reconcile all Sports book clearing accounts, bank accounts, and the Mobile Sports book player wallet liability account.
• Assist with iGaming and iJV accounting.
• Drive continuous improvement in internal controls and operating processes.
• Execute or oversee other projects as assigned or deemed essential to Sports book and/or Retail Casino.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Experience in iGaming, sports book, and casino accounting is a plus.
• Experience working with regulators and auditors is a plus.

Must obtain appropriate Rhode Island mandated gaming licenses.
