Join Bally’s Corporation as an Event Center Usher – a role that supports guests during concerts and events at our venues. This position is on‑call as needed, requiring standing and walking for several consecutive hours.

The Event Center Usher assists guests in locating their seats, scans tickets, sets up row and seat markers, and provides general customer service.

• Interact with concert‑going guests to create smooth, enjoyable experiences.
• Direct guests to their seats and provide any information they may have.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Scan tickets and set up the room with section and row markers.
• Handle general customer service tasks related to event attendance.

• Ability to stand and walk for several consecutive hours.
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Friendly and personable.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays which may result in extended hours.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Must secure appropriate RI‑mandated gaming licenses.

• Remain on feet for extended periods of time.

• Mostly indoors in a climate‑controlled environment.
• Constantly standing and walking.
• Work both independently and with a team.
