- Full‑time hours:

- Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by the Clinical Director.
- Fulfill both hourly and monthly authorization targets, averaging 25 billable hours per week.
- Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings (as appropriate). Ensure at least one parent training per client per month.
- Ensure programming is ethical, individualized, and implemented with integrity; coordinate with behavior technicians.
- Oversee programming implementation in center and community settings.
- Design and implement Treatment Plans (TP) for assigned clients.
- Update progress reports for assigned clients.
- Oversee and monitor ABA programs, including initial and ongoing assessments.
- Direct, lead, and supervise behavior technicians; manage assigned RBT supervision hours.
- Stay current on research and best practices.
- Provide therapy support when needed.
- Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
- Assist Clinical Directors with initial assessments as required.
- Supervise BACB students and interim care clients as needed.
- Document all activities following BACB and funder guidelines.
- Lifting and carrying clients weighing at least 30 pounds.
- Restraint, holding, transport, and quick body movements per Behavior Support Plans.
- Maintain varied postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending) for extended periods.
- Walk and run to chase clients while maintaining a three‑foot distance.
- Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods.
- Attend to basic needs (feeding, diapering, toileting, dressing).
- Manual dexterity for data collection on devices.
- Visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication.
- Transfer written data to electronic files or databases.
- Operate a computer for prolonged periods at a desk or on the floor.
- Assemble, clean, and maintain therapy space, toys, and furniture.
- Administer medication to clients.
- BCBA or BCBA‑D certification.
- Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
- Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to team needs.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Knowledge of macOS and comfort operating in a primarily macOS environment.
- Proficiency with or quick learning of technology platforms including Central Reach and Tableau.
- Maintain required licensure while employed.
