ROC Support Technician

Position Summary: ROC Support Technicians provide technical support at the first level and assist team members as necessary. Calls to this level may originate from a number of different areas including store locations and vendor staff.

• Provide call center based technical support to store locations, vendors and staff.
• Serve as first level for troubleshooting of issues encountered in stores.
• Assure implementation based protocols are met.
• Render assistance for equipment troubleshooting and ensure deployment process adherence.
• Update database regarding resolution of issues and technician progress while completing work within the store. Technicians will be assigned up to 3 simultaneous projects.
• Work hours are an 8 hour shift from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay rate: $13.00

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year work experience
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Supervisory skills are an asset but not a requirement
• Clear, accurate, and tactful communication, both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access
• Understanding of intermediate/advanced technical terminology is preferred
• Ability to work independently; may occasionally lead within a group; technical installation experience is a plus but not necessary

Education: Minimum High School Diploma or GED
