Service Center Supervisor

PS2G is recruiting a Service Center Supervisor on behalf of a respected client in the transportation and freight industry. This hands-on leadership role supports daily service center operations, leads frontline employees, and works alongside management to deliver strong productivity, service, and quality results.

If you enjoy being on the floor, developing people, and solving problems in real time, this role puts you at the center of the operation. You will train, coach, and support a team in a fast-paced environment where every shift counts.

• Coordinate daily activities in partnership with the service center management team
• Track productivity, service, and quality results and help build action plans to improve performance
• Provide daily leadership, direction, coaching, and support to employees
• Work with management on hiring and promotion decisions
• Take part in new hire orientation and lead safety and quality training
• Identify training needs, conduct performance evaluations, and address performance concerns
• Support adherence to applicable labor agreements and help resolve employee and labor relations matters
• Collaborate with service center leadership to meet operational and service goals

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and support employees in a fast-paced operational environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Supervisory experience in transportation, freight, logistics, distribution, or a similar operation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Pay range: $106,000 to $146,000 per year. Final compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Shifts vary based on operational needs.
