- Shift Supervision: Assign floor duties, run mixing-to-baking schedules, and resolve line bottlenecks.
- Quality Control: Inspect dough fermentation, loaf weight, texture, and bake consistency against standard recipes.
- Food Safety & Compliance: Enforce GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and allergen protocols across the line.
- Equipment & Inventory: Perform basic setup/troubleshooting on industrial mixers and ovens; track raw ingredients and bake yield to minimize waste.
- Team Leadership: Train crew members, run safety huddles, and ensure PPE compliance.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
